At Wrizelonchex, we understand that plans can change. This Return Policy outlines our cancellation, refund, and rescheduling procedures for our collage workshops and art sessions. We strive to be fair and flexible while also maintaining the sustainability of our small creative studio.
This policy applies to all bookings made through our website, by phone, by email, or in person. By making a booking with us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations by Participants
We recognize that unexpected circumstances arise. If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us as soon as possible. Our cancellation policy is structured based on the notice period you provide:
Cancellations with More Than 7 Days Notice
If you cancel your booking more than 7 days (168 hours) before your scheduled session, you are eligible for a full refund of the amount paid. The refund will be processed within 7-10 business days and returned using the original payment method.
Cancellations with 3-7 Days Notice
If you cancel your booking between 3 and 7 days (72-168 hours) before your scheduled session, you are eligible for a 50% refund. This partial refund reflects the fact that we may have limited ability to fill your spot with such short notice, but we still want to accommodate your changed circumstances where possible.
Cancellations with Less Than 3 Days Notice
Unfortunately, if you cancel your booking less than 3 days (72 hours) before your scheduled session, we cannot offer a refund. At this stage, we have reserved resources, materials, and time specifically for your participation, and it is too late for us to fill the space with another participant.
No-Shows
If you fail to attend your scheduled session without prior notification, this is considered a no-show, and no refund will be provided. We encourage you to contact us even if you're running late, as we may be able to accommodate a delayed arrival depending on the circumstances.
How to Cancel
To cancel your booking, please contact us as soon as possible using any of the following methods:

Please provide your full name, booking date, and booking reference number (if available) to help us process your cancellation efficiently. We will send you a cancellation confirmation and, if applicable, information about your refund.
Rescheduling Policy
We understand that you may want to reschedule rather than cancel your session entirely. We're generally happy to accommodate rescheduling requests, subject to availability.
Rescheduling Requests
If you wish to reschedule your booking:
- More than 7 days in advance: We will reschedule your session at no additional charge, subject to availability. We'll work with you to find a suitable alternative date and time.
- 3-7 days in advance: We will do our best to accommodate rescheduling. Depending on availability and the type of session, a small rescheduling fee may apply (typically 10-15% of the session cost).
- Less than 3 days in advance: While we'll make reasonable efforts to help, rescheduling with such short notice is often not possible. If we can accommodate you, a rescheduling fee of 25% of the session cost will apply.
Rescheduling Limitations
Please note the following limitations on rescheduling:
- Each booking can be rescheduled only once without incurring additional fees (beyond those mentioned above)
- Rescheduled sessions must be taken within 6 months of the original booking date
- Rescheduling is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed, especially during busy periods
- Special events or limited-time workshops may have different rescheduling policies, which will be communicated at the time of booking
Refund Process
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are provided in accordance with the cancellation timeframes outlined above. To be eligible for a refund, you must have made payment in full and provided proper notice of cancellation according to our policy.
Processing Refunds
Once we receive and process your cancellation request, we will send you a confirmation email. If you are eligible for a refund:
- Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of approval
- Refunds will be returned using the original payment method
- Depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account
- You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed
Refund Alternatives
Instead of a monetary refund, you may choose to receive:
- Studio Credit: A credit for the full amount that can be used toward any future workshop or session within 12 months
- Gift Certificate: A transferable gift certificate that can be used by you or given to someone else
These alternatives may be beneficial if you know you'll want to participate in the future, as they preserve the full value of your booking.
Cancellations by Wrizelonchex
Our Right to Cancel
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule workshops and sessions in circumstances including but not limited to:
- Insufficient enrollment (minimum participant requirements not met)
- Facilitator illness or unavailability
- Facility issues or maintenance requirements
- Severe weather or other emergency situations
- Unforeseen circumstances beyond our reasonable control
Notification and Options
If we need to cancel your session, we will notify you as soon as possible (typically at least 48 hours in advance, unless the cancellation is due to an emergency). We will contact you via the email or phone number provided at the time of booking.
When we cancel a session, you will have the following options:
- Full Refund: Receive a complete refund of all amounts paid, processed within 5-7 business days
- Reschedule: Transfer your booking to another available date at no additional cost
- Studio Credit: Receive a credit for the full amount plus an additional 10% as an apology for the inconvenience, valid for 12 months
Limitation of Liability
If we cancel a session, our liability is limited to providing a refund or alternative arrangement as described above. We are not responsible for any additional costs you may have incurred, such as travel expenses, accommodation, or time off work, unless such liability is required by law.
Monthly Membership Cancellations
If you have purchased a monthly studio access membership:
- You may cancel your membership at any time by providing 30 days written notice
- Cancellation becomes effective at the end of your current billing cycle
- No refunds are provided for partial months
- Unused sessions do not roll over and cannot be refunded
- You may pause your membership for up to 2 months per year due to extended absence (such as vacation or illness), with advance notice
Special Circumstances
Illness or Emergency
We understand that unexpected health issues or personal emergencies can arise. If you need to cancel due to illness or emergency:
- Please contact us as soon as you are able
- We may request documentation (such as a doctor's note) for cancellations due to illness, particularly for same-day cancellations
- We will work with you to find a fair solution, which may include waiving standard cancellation fees or offering flexible rescheduling
Force Majeure
Neither you nor Wrizelonchex shall be liable for any failure to perform obligations due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of nature, war, terrorism, pandemic, government restrictions, or other force majeure events. In such cases, we will work together to find a reasonable solution.
Dissatisfaction with Services
We are committed to providing high-quality workshops and sessions. If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of your experience:
- Please speak with us during the session if possible, so we can address concerns immediately
- Contact us within 48 hours after your session to discuss your concerns
- We will review each situation individually and work to find a fair resolution
- Solutions may include a partial refund, credit toward a future session, or other appropriate remedy
Please note that dissatisfaction with your personal artwork or creative outcomes is not grounds for a refund, as artistic expression is subjective and individual. However, if you feel the session did not meet the standards described or that you did not receive the materials and support promised, we want to hear from you.
Gift Certificates and Credits
Using Gift Certificates
If you received a gift certificate or studio credit:
- It can be used toward any regularly scheduled workshop or session
- It must be redeemed within the validity period stated on the certificate (typically 12 months)
- It is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash
- It can be transferred to another person if you are unable to use it
Canceling Bookings Made with Gift Certificates
If you cancel a booking that was made using a gift certificate or credit:
- The value will be returned to your account as a credit (not as a refund)
- Standard cancellation timeframes and policies still apply
- Late cancellations may result in partial or full forfeiture of the credit value
Communication of Changes
We may update this Return Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal or regulatory reasons. Any changes will be posted on our website with an updated "Last Updated" date. Significant changes will be communicated to active participants via email.
Changes to this policy will apply to bookings made after the updated policy is posted. Bookings made before changes take effect will be subject to the policy in place at the time of booking.
Disputes and Complaints
If you have a complaint about how we have handled your cancellation, refund, or any other aspect of this policy, please contact us directly. We are committed to resolving issues fairly and efficiently.
If we are unable to resolve your complaint through direct communication, you may have the right to escalate the matter to relevant consumer protection authorities in Denmark.
