Wrizelonchex operates a creative studio in Frederiksberg, Denmark, offering collage workshops and art sessions. Our services include:

• Provision of materials, tools, and workspace for collage creation
• Guidance and support for participants at various skill levels
• A welcoming community environment for artistic expression

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of services.

Use of Website

Bookings and Reservations

Booking Process

To book a workshop or session, you must provide accurate and complete information through our contact form or by contacting us directly. We will confirm your booking and provide you with details including date, time, location, and any preparation needed.

Payment Terms

Payment for workshops and sessions is required according to the terms specified at the time of booking. We accept various payment methods, which will be communicated during the booking process. Prices are listed in Danish Kroner (DKK) and are subject to change without notice, though any changes will not affect bookings already confirmed.

Cancellation by Participant

If you need to cancel or reschedule your booking, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellation and rescheduling policies vary depending on the type of session booked:

• Cancellations made more than 7 days before the scheduled session: Full refund
• Cancellations made 3-7 days before the scheduled session: 50% refund
• Cancellations made less than 3 days before or no-shows: No refund

We understand that circumstances change. If you need to reschedule rather than cancel, we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request, subject to availability.

Cancellation by Wrizelonchex

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule workshops or sessions due to circumstances including but not limited to insufficient enrollment, instructor unavailability, facility issues, or unforeseen events. In such cases, we will provide as much advance notice as possible and offer you the option to:

• Reschedule to another available date
• Receive a full refund
• Receive a credit toward future sessions

Participant Responsibilities

By participating in our workshops and sessions, you agree to:

• Arrive on time for scheduled sessions
• Follow all studio guidelines and instructions provided by facilitators
• Treat materials, equipment, and facilities with respect
• Respect other participants and maintain a positive, supportive atmosphere
• Take responsibility for your personal belongings
• Inform us of any allergies, sensitivities, or special requirements that may affect your participation
• Follow all safety guidelines and use materials appropriately

Intellectual Property Rights

Our Intellectual Property
